Overview:
Beecher and Monee Police Departments' blotter contains charges for registration violations, possession of cannabis, speeding, traffic crash, and criminal trespass.

BEECHER
On June 27, Aldana Perez, 34, of Chicago, was stopped for a registration violation. Perez was charged accordingly, and a notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 12, Mark Fritz, 62, of Crete, was stopped for a registration violation. Further investigation determined that Fritz had a suspended driver’s license and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 12, Naidelin Dominguez-Hernandez, 21, of Harvey, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined Dominguez-Hernandez was in unlawful possession of cannabis and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 14, Michael Hidalgo, 65, of Beecher, was stopped for a speeding violation. Hidalgo was charged accordingly for speeding 35-mph over the posted limit. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 16, Julio Merelo-Vasquez, 23, of Grant Park, was stopped for a registration violation. Further investigation determined that Merelo-Vasquez did not have a valid driver’s license and was charged accordingly for the noted violation. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 17, David Martinez-Espinoza, 24, of Beecher, was stopped for a seat belt and child restraint violation. Further investigation determined Martinez-Espinoza had a revoked driver’s license and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 18, Russell Lehmann, 24, of Hebron, Indiana, was stopped for a registration violation. Further investigation determined Lehmann had a suspended driver’s license and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 25, Evelyn Pastrano, 23, of Joliet, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined Pastrano had a suspended driver’s license and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 25, Bartholomew Dulleck, 48, of Beecher, was arrested on an active warrant during a warrant service. Dulleck was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
On July 25, Daniel Allen, 25, of Beecher, was stopped for an equipment and registration violation. Further investigation determined Allen had a suspended driver’s license and was in unlawful possession of cannabis. Allen was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 26, Victor Gonzalez, 26, of Chicago, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined Gonzalez was in unlawful possession of cannabis and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 27, Raven Gray, 26, of Gary, Indiana, was stopped for a registration violation. Further investigation determined Gray had an active arrest warrant, as well as no valid driver’s license. Gray was charged accordingly for the noted violations and transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
On July 29, Joshua Stuchell, 21, of Cedar Lake, Indiana, was stopped for a registration violation. Further investigation determined Stuchell had a suspended driver’s license and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 31, Erly Garcia-Rivas, 36, of Chicago Heights, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined Garcia-Rivas had a suspended driver’s license and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On August 4, Russell Milan, 28, of Beecher, was arrested on an active warrant during a warrant service. Milan was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
On August 8, Cory Tyson, 48, of Chicago, was stopped for a speeding violation. Further investigation determined Tyson had a suspended driver’s license and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On August 8, Raul Rivera, 48, of Chicago, was stopped for a registration violation. Further investigation determined that Rivera did not have valid vehicle insurance and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On August 9, Sean White, 60, of Beecher, was stopped for a speeding and registration violation and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On August 13, William Ellis, 52, of Justice, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined Ellis had an active arrest warrant and also was charged with obstructing identification after providing false information. Ellis was charged accordingly for the noted violations and was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
On August 19, Emmanuel Hernandez, 36, of Homewood, was stopped for an equipment and registration violation. Further investigation determined Hernandez had a suspended driver’s license and was charged accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
MONEE
On August 16, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Emery Benton, 40, of Blue Island. Benton was charged with driving while license revoked, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On August 16, Monee Police responded to the area of W. Monee-Manhattan Road and S. Governor’s Highway for a report of a traffic crash. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Robert Rodriguez, 34, of Blue Island. Rodriguez was charged with DUI-Alcohol, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On August 17, Monee Police responded to the area of S. Egyptian Trail and S. Governor’s Highway for a report of a traffic crash. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Forrest Clemens, 54, of Cedar Lake, Indiana. Clemens was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On August 17, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Javlon Tukhtamuratov, 51, of Baltimore, Maryland. Tukhtamuratov was charged with no valid CDL when required, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On August 19, Monee Police were dispatched to the 25600 block of S. Governor’s Highway in reference to a trespass complaint. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Jerry Lewis, 65, of Monee. Lewis was charged with criminal trespass, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On August 21, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Mario Perez, 45, of Chicago. Perez was charged with no valid driver’s license-never issued, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On August 23, Monee Police responded to the 6000 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road for a complaint of a driver asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Denzel Patterson, 31, of Sauk Village. Patterson was charged with DUI-Alcohol, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On August 25, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Spyridon Visvardis, 55, of Oak Lawn. Visvardis was charged with no valid CDL when required, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
