Malgorzata Kozicki, a devoted wife and mother, died May 4. She was 44.
She was born Malgorzata Owczarczyk.
Kozicki is survived by her husband, Krzysztof; her children, Claudia, Victoria and Patrick; her parents, Teresa and Eugeniusz Owczarczyk; and her siblings, Katarzyna, Anna and Bogdan. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Kozicki was known for her devotion, faith and love for her family. Her impact will remain with those she left behind through the memories she created and the care she gave.
A visitation will be held Monday, May 11, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice.
A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, May 12, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady Mother of the Church Polish Mission, 116 Hilton Street, Willow Springs. Prayers and a procession will begin at 9 a.m. from the funeral home.
Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice.
