Kathleen M. Hesser, a devoted educator who spent 22 years in service at Midwestern University, died. She was 74.
She is survived by her husband, Frank; her son, Brian Kochendorfer, and his wife, Elizabeth; her brother, Larry O’Keefe, and his wife, Susan; and her sister, Maureen Chasse, and her husband, Tim.
Hesser was born Kathleen M. O’Keefe.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 11, from 3 to 8 p.m. at Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 Southwest Highway, Palos Hills.
A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, May 12, at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 8245 W. 111th St., Palos Hills. Visitation at the funeral home will begin at 9 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park.
