Rhonda L. Loudermilk, 60, of Chicago, faces a felony retail theft charge following her arrest outside Walgreens, 4740 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn at 11:39 a.m. April 26.
She was found with a bag containing beer and a sandwich worth $73.50 taken from the store. She was also carrying two bottles of vodka and four packets of socks taken from other stores, police said.
Police said Loudermilk’s charge was raised to a felony because of an arrest record that includes 20 convictions for larceny and other offenses. She was due in court April 27.
