Jesus E. Silva-Silva, 21, of Harvey, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop at 2 a.m. April 24, in the 11000 block of South Cicero Avenue.
Police said he failed field sobriety tests and registered 0.134 blood-alcohol content. He was also charged with aggravated speeding 67 mph in a 35-mph zone, and possession of illegal cannabis and drug paraphernalia in a vehicle. He is due in court June 11.
