Matt Gromala is the son of Kim and Dan Gromala and a four-year member of the marching band. One of Matt’s favorite memories was being able to play in the Jazz band. After high school, he plans on going into the trades.

Finn Malloy, son of Victoria and Luke Malloy, is a four-year member of the marching band. A favorite memory of Finn’s was, after a long day at the ICE honor band, being driven back on the bus, with Colin as the DJ. The moment was extremely uplifting especially after a long and frustrating day, and he made sure to include everyone. After high school, Finn plans to go into a welding job and already has been taking the KACC welding technology class.

Molly Peters is the daughter of Zach Peters and a three-year member of the marching band. Molly’s favorite memory from the band is when they were told not to stuff candy into their instruments during the parade, as that had happened in the past. After high school, Molly plans to study botany and German linguistics at a university, and then enter the workforce as a plant scientist.

Rae Price, daughter of Elizabeth and James Price, is a four-year member of the marching band. Rae said it’s hard to pick a favorite but catching a ride back to the high school in the bed of the band truck after the homecoming parade last year was awesome. I loved getting to watch myself and my classmates grow into accomplished and skilled musicians and fall in love with music. After high school, Rae plans to further her education in multimedia video production, with a focus on digital video editing, graphic design, and audio engineering. She credits the technical musical skills she learned throughout her years of band at Peotone High School with helping her build a nice portfolio. Putting her best foot forward, she is ready to take on whatever challenges the universe throws at her and is eager to show the world what she is made of.
