Arthur Emil Teppel Jr., a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, died surrounded by the love of his family.
He was the beloved husband of Casimira, nee Kaczorek. He was the loving father of Lisa Teppel, Ann Marie (Jason) Matthews, Dianna Teppel and Stephen (Michelle) Teppel.
Teppel was a cherished grandfather to Stephine, Brian (Ana), Sara (Jose), Michael, Moneca, Monique and Jordin (Charley), and a devoted great-grandfather to Isabelle, Emily, Brianna and Anavey Rose.
He was the fond brother of Richard (Janice) Teppel and a dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Teppel proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps and will be remembered by his family and friends for the love and devotion he gave to those closest to him.
Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 5, at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave., from 8 a.m. until prayers at 9:15 a.m.
A procession will follow from the funeral home to St. Mary Star of the Sea Church for a 10 a.m. Mass. Services will conclude with military honors at the church.
