Louis H. Marta passed away on Saturday afternoon, July 18, 2026.
He was the beloved husband of Susan, née Civinelli, and the loving father of Gina and the late Louis and late Michael Marta. He was the dear father-in-law to Anna Marta and the cherished Papa to David and Dana.
He was the loving brother of the late Bruce Marta. Louis is remembered by his many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Louis was a proud member of the Medinah Shriners of Addison, Illinois, and a member of the Grove Masonic Lodge #824 in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Visitation: Friday, July 24, 2026, 4 to 8 p.m. at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th Street just west of Harlem), Chicago, Illinois.
Funeral: Saturday, July 25, 2026, 10 a.m. Visitation at the funeral home until 11 a.m., when the service begins. Procession to Resurrection Cemetery, where Louis will be laid to rest.
