Calaribel Navarette Ramirez, 34, was charged with aggravated battery of a government employee at 12:15 a.m. July 8 in the 6200 block of South Albany Avenue.
Police said Ramirez threw a cup containing an unidentified liquid at a uniformed Chicago Department of Finance employee during an argument over parking tickets.
Ramirez is from the 10200 block of South State Street.
