Hilda L. Macias Lema, a registered nurse who spent decades caring for patients at Holy Cross Hospital and more than 58 years as a Garfield Ridge resident, died May 10 at her home.
Lema was preceded in death by her husband, Ricardo Alberto Lema, and her parents, Jose and Julia Macias.
She is survived by her daughter, Angelica Lema Martinez, and her husband, Michael; her son, Ricardo Lema, and his wife, Brooke; and three grandchildren, Lily Martinez, Benicio Martinez and Taya Lema.
Per her request, Mrs. Lema was cremated. She and her husband will be buried in Argentina.
