On August 22, Jose Batrez Delacruz, 39, of Whiting, Indiana, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined Delacruz had no valid driver’s license and was issued citations for the noted violation. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On August 27, Christopher Stumber, 43, of Beecher, was arrested for retail theft after exiting the Dollar General and failing to pay for items displayed for sale at the store. Stumber was processed accordingly, and a notice-to-appear was issued.
On September 1, Michael Matthias, 21, of Beecher, was arrested for domestic battery after an altercation with a family member. Matthias was processed accordingly and transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
On September 2, Vincente Parades Marin, 72, of Gary, Indiana, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined Marin had no valid driver’s license and was issued citations for the noted violations. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On September 4, Nathan Grabski, 19, of Crown Point, Indiana, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined Grabski had no valid driver’s license and was issued citations for the noted violations. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On September 5, David Livingston, 61, of Sauk Village, was stopped for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Livingston was issued citations for the noted violation. A notice-to-appear was provided.
