Overview:

Beecher and Monee Police blotters contain charges for driving with no valid insurance, no valid license, unlawful possession of cannabis.

BEECHER

On March 21, Timothy Badillo, 39, of Chicago, was issued citations after a traffic stop for registration violations. Further investigation determined the subject was also in unlawful possession of cannabis. Badillo was issued citations for the noted violations, and a notice-to-appear was provided.

On March 28, Matthew Davidson, 48, of Beecher, was issued citations after a traffic stop for equipment and registration violations. Upon running the listed subject, it was learned he had a revoked driver’s license. Davidson was issued citations for the noted violations, and a notice-to-appear was provided.

On April 4, Juliani Canate Marquez, 21, of Chicago, was issued citations after a traffic stop for moving and equipment violations. Further investigation determined the subject was in possession of a fraudulent driver’s license. Subject was issued citations, arrested for noted violation, was turned over to the custody of the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

On April 5, Shelby Guillory, 30, of Crete, was issued citations after a traffic stop for registration violations. Upon running the listed subject, it was learned she had an active arrest warrant for traffic violations. Guillory was issued citations and turned over to the custody of the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

MONEE

On March 25, at 3:40 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Tarzhe Bingham, 28, from Calumet City. Bingham was charged with driving with one headlight, no valid insurance, and driving while his license is suspended. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.

On March 25, at 2:21 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Douglas Bright, 61, of Monticello. Bright was charged with being overweight on registration and a driver’s license classification violation. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.

On March 30, at 2:50 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Martin Anaya, 20, from Kankakee. Anaya was charged with no valid insurance and driving while his license is suspended. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.

On April 1, at 2:33 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Jeremy Duckworth, 41, of Hazel Crest. Duckworth was charged with DUI-intoxicating compound and combination of alcohol, drugs. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.

On April 3, at 3:56 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Antonio Lomax, 46, from Crete. Lomax was charged with driving with suspended registration. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.

On April 3, at 6:41 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of David Martinez Espinosa, 24, from Beecher. He was charged with driving with suspended registration, no valid insurance, and driving while his license is revoked. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
