On April 15, a vehicle was stopped for no registration plate at Wilmington-Peotone Road and I-57. The driver, B. Larry, 51, was found to have a suspended Indiana license and was taken into custody without incident. He was cited for driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle, and improper display of registration. The vehicle was towed, and Larry was released with a mandatory court date.

On April 17, Officers responded to a report of a reckless driver, who struck a speed limit sign at Harlem and Corning Avenues. Upon arrival, it was determined the driver was experiencing a medical emergency and was transported to the hospital. No injuries from the crash were reported. The vehicle was towed, and IDOT was notified of the damaged traffic sign.
