Dear Editor:
It is with absolute certainty, that I endorse Jeanine Galbraith for the Crete Monee School Board. During my 35 year tenure as a teacher in the Crete Monee school district, I can say that very seldom was a school board member present in my school. School events were infrequently attended. During her 8 year tenure, Jeanine has been not only present but involved. She has attended many building events including special days to celebrate Black History Month, art and music performances, and student presentations. Her services have been volunteered to man a concession stand for 5 hours, take tickets, help the food pantry or attend the NJROTC ball. Jeanine is committed to the students first. She is advocating for funding, facilities and curriculum including the trades. Wanting to enhance her role, she has been certified as an IASB Distinguished Board Member. Please vote for Jeanine Galbraith on April 4.
