Maria Urbina died peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026.
She was the beloved wife of Juan Urbina; loving mother of Jenny Urbina (Edgar Martinez), Sandy (Felipe) Aguilar and Verenis (Robert) Urbina-Guerra; and dearest grandmother of Crystal, Leslie, Adrie, Felipe Jr., Emmanuel, Alyssa, Brandon, Enoch, Sofia, Daniella and Eliana.
She will be deeply missed by her many sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Thursday, Oct. 8, 2026, 4 to 8 p.m. at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th Street just west of Harlem). Visitation continues Friday at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until prayers at 11 a.m.
Funeral: A procession will go from the funeral home to Two Holy Martyrs Parish, St. Symphorosa Church, for a noon Mass.
Interment: Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
