Stickney Board of Fire and Police Commissioners accepting applications for lateral police candidates
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Stickney Board of Fire and Police Commissioners will accept applications for lateral police candidates beginning Monday. June 12, 2023. Applications may be obtained at the Stickney Police Department located at 6533 Pershing Road, Stickney, Illinois 60402 or the Village of Stickney website (https://www.villageofstickney.com). The Village of Stickney is experiencing significant economic development and IMMEDIATE OPENINGS are to be filled. As a condition of employment, all Village of Stickney police officers must live within forty (40) miles of the Village of Stickney. The starting pay for lateral hires is $88,682.50. All completed applications must be returned to the Stickney Police Department by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023. No application fee will be charged.
