Request for Proposals for the
Purchase and Development
Of Property Owned by the Village of Lyons
Please take notice that the Village of Lyons will receive sealed proposals for the purchase and development of the real property commonly known as 7847 43rd Street, Lyons, Illinois.
Proposals will be accepted at the Lyons Village Hall, 4200 Lawndale Avenue, Lyons Illinois until 5:00 p.m. on June 27, 2023. Proposals shall be addressed to:
Mr. Thomas F. Sheahan
Lyons Village Hall
4200 Lawndale Avenue
Lyons, Illinois 60534
and shall bear the legend “7847 43rd Street Development Proposal” and the name and address of the person or entity submitting the proposal.
A contract may be awarded to the person whose proposal is found to be in the best interests of the Village. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in a proposal.
A copy of the Request for Proposal may be obtained from Mr. Thomas F. Sheahan at the Lyons Village Hall.
