Ronald J. Barber, age 82, passed away on July 7, 2026.
He was the cherished son of the late Emma (née Brunner) and the late Joseph Barber and the cherished love of Czeslawa Hosaniak. He was the dear brother of Sheryl (John) Fischer and the late Beverly Barber. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Ronald was a retired school teacher for the Chicago Public Schools, where he served for 39 years.
Visitation: Saturday, July 11, 2026, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Ave., Justice, Illinois.
Funeral: Saturday, July 11, 2026, 12 p.m. Service and Time of Remembrance to be held at the funeral home.
Interment: Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, Illinois.
