We celebrate the life of Denise M. Radziwon, née Alexa, who passed away on Monday afternoon, June 15, 2026.
She was the beloved wife of Francis Radziwon and the loving mother of Alexz Radziwon. She was the loving daughter of the late Benedict and late Wilma Alexa and the dear sister of Christine (Karl) Swartz, Julie (Leo) Ciser, Donna Botica, Connie (Butch) Cole, and Frank (Linda) Alexa. Denise will be missed by her many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Visitation: Friday, June 26, 2026, 9 a.m. until time of Remembrance Service at 11:30 a.m. at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th Street just west of Harlem).
