Tinley Park officials are debuting a three-day country music festival this summer to mark America’s 250th anniversary, with Nashville acts, five national barbecue vendors, carnival rides, and fireworks.

Tinley Park Country Fest runs July 3–5 at the 80th Avenue Metra Station.

The lineup includes Nashville recording artists Ashley Walls and Eric Chesser, plus local acts Whiskey Friends: The Morgan Wallen Experience and the Knievel Daredevil Band, featuring Kelly Knievel, granddaughter of daredevil Evel Knievel.

The festival runs Friday 2–11 p.m., Saturday noon–11 p.m., and Sunday noon–8 p.m.

Tinley Park residents get half-price tickets Friday and Sunday with proof of residency and free admission Saturday. Tickets are at tinleyparkcountryfest.com.

The festival is presented by Family Festivals Inc. and sponsored by Coors Light, Jack Daniel’s, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Orland Toyota, and Pete’s Fresh Market.
