Overview:
Beecher and Monee Police blotters contain charges for registration violations, suspended licenses, no insurance, no valid CDL, failure to dim lights.

BEECHER
On April 12, James Trammell, 54, of Beecher, was issued citations after a traffic stop for registration violations. Further investigation determined that Trammell had a suspended driver’s license and was issued citations for the noted violations. Notice-to-appear was provided.
MONEE
On April 4, at 5:06 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Arthur Spearman, 30, from Danville. Spearman was charged with unlawful display of registration, operating a vehicle with registration suspended for noninsurance, driving while his license is suspended, and no valid insurance. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On April 8, at 1:36 p.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Marcelo Pulla, 39, from Chicago. Pulla was charged with no valid license and no valid insurance. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On April 9, at 4:03 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Michael Thomas, 42, of Lansing. Thomas was charged with no valid registration, DUI, and DUI-BAC .08 or more. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On April 12, at 5:29 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Eddie Culpepper, 46, from Chicago. Culpepper was charged with no valid license, no valid insurance, and expired registration. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On April 13, at 2:14 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Dmytro Doichev, 46, of Jacksonville, Florida. Doichev was charged with no valid CDL when required and overweight on his registration. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
On April 14, at 12:52 a.m., a traffic stop led to the arrest of Edward Ray Knicley, 43, of Springfield, Ohio. Knicley was charged with driving with no registration plate on the vehicle, failure to dim lights, and driving while his license is suspended. He was subsequently released with a notice-to-appear.
