Emmett Dowling continued to put up big numbers with 199 total yards and four touchdowns in a 42-23 win over Nazareth.
2. Brother Rice 3-0 (3)
Jaylin Green ran for two TDs and caught a 69-yard pass for a third score in a 28-10 victory against St. Rita.
3. Nazareth 2-1 (2)
Frankie Nichols finished with 212 total yards and a pair of TD passes in the loss to Mount Carmel.
4. Sandburg 3-0 (4)
In one of the more unusual scores of the season, the Eagles beat Naperville Central 5-3 on Drew Drzonek’s late field goal.
5. Lyons 3-0 (5)
Jack Slightom threw for two TDs, while Frank Suero and Brock Curtin both ran for a pair of scores in a 55-0 shutout of Morton.
6. St. Laurence 3-0 (NR)
Matthew Williams caught the decisive two-point conversion pass from Jimmy McDermott in a 15-14 win over Notre Dame.
7. St. Rita 1-2 (6)
The Mustangs were without quarterback Steven Armbruster and receiver Walter Jones in the loss to Brother Rice.
8. Richards 2-1 (7)
Ahmad Buchanan’s 6-yard TD run with 30 seconds left helped the Bulldogs escape with a 22-15 win over Reavis.
9. Reavis 2-1 (NR)
Parker Zasada ran for a pair of TDs as the Rams pushed Richards to the limit before falling.
10. Evergreen Park 3-0 (10)
Cory Isaac had 105 yards and two touchdowns for the Mustangs in a 39-12 win over Tinley Park.
