On August 28, Jerry Hartman, 57, of Lowell, Indiana, was stopped for disobeying a traffic light and found to have a suspended Illinois driver’s license. He was issued citations for both offenses and issued a notice-to-appear and released.
On August 29, David Espinoza, 23, of Beecher, was stopped for having no taillights and was found to have a suspended driver’s license. He was issued citations for both offenses, issued a notice-to-appear, and released.
On September 1, Craig Jones, 86, of South Chicago Heights, was stopped for having a suspended registration that also was expired. He was issued citations for the suspended registration and possession of cannabis by a driver, then released on a notice-to-appear.
