Opening day for the fourth annual Hills Farmers Market kicked off on Friday, June 6, at Hickory Hills City Hall, 8652 W. 95th Street. The farmers market runs 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Friday through October. The farmers market is organized by members of the Hills Chamber of Commerce, serving business owners and organizations in Palos Hills, Hickory Hills and the surrounding area. Every third Friday of the every month will feature music provided by Dave Gorak. Green Hills Library will offer monthly “Storytime in the Park” on June 13, July 11, August 1 and September TBD.
