On April 7, Lbiar Meneses-Ramirez, 36, of East Chicago, Indiana, was stopped for having one working headlight and found to have a driver’s license that was expired since 2019. He was issued citations for both offenses and released on a notice-to-appear.
On April 12, Adan Rodriguez, 30, of Lansing, was stopped for a vehicle equipment violation and found to have a revoked driver’s license. He was arrested, issued citations for both offenses, given a notice-to-appear and released.
