On March 20, Alexandra Rodriguez, 43, of Beecher, was stopped for having a suspended registration plate. She was issued citations for the suspended registration plate and having no driver’s license, then was given a notice-to-appear and released.
On March 26, Esperanza Herrera, 22, of Chicago, was stopped for having an expired registration plate and found to have a suspended driver’s license. Herrera was issued citations for both violations, given a notice-to-appear, and released.
On March 31, Emilio Guedez-Fernandez, 36, of Chicago, was stopped for failure to dim headlights and was found to have no valid driver’s license. He was arrested, processed and issued citations for no valid driver’s license, no insurance, and failure to dim headlights, then was released on a notice-to-appear.
