On October 28, William Ryan, 61, of Manhattan, was stopped for speeding and found to have a revoked driver’s license. He was issued citations for both offenses, given a notice-to-appear and released.
On October 30, Todd Sherwood, 56, of Grant Park, was stopped for speeding and issued a citation for speeding, 26-34 mph over the posted limit. He was issued a notice-to-appear and released.
On October 30, Justin Eliff, 19, of Beecher, was recognized by an officer while driving a vehicle. The officer knew Eliff had an active no bond arrest warrant from Will County. The officer stopped the vehicle and arrested Eliff. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
On November 2, Emanual Quintero-Zuniga, 32, of Momence was stopped for a vehicle equipment violation and found to have never had a driver’s license. He was arrested and issued citations for no valid driver’s license, no insurance, and the equipment violation. He was processed and released on a notice-to-appear.
