November 7, Maurice Lowry, 30, of the 8000 block of South Pulaski Road, Chicago, was stopped at Church Road and Dixie Highway for having only one headlight, speeding, and also found to be DUI. He was arrested and charged with DUI, no insurance, open alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended driver’s license, and speeding. Lowry was processed and released without posting bond.
