At their Monday, October 23, meeting, Bradley Village Board trustees voted in favor of changing the name of Kinzie Avenue to Bradley Boulevard. Commonly known at IL Rt. 50, the stretch of road in Bradley that is the former Kinzie Avenue begins in the south just before crossing the Soldier Creek Bridge into Kankakee and continues north to Larry Power Road. There is no word on exactly when new street signs will arrive or when they will be installed.
