April 17, at approximately 6:15 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of W. Monee-Manhattan Road and S. Ridgeland Avenue for an accident with injuries involving four vehicles. Enrique M. Lopez, 44, of Jacksonville, Florida, was cited for following too closely.
April 18, at approximately 8:40 a.m., Kenisha L. Hendrix, 35, of University Park, was arrested in the 5100 block of W. Court Street for driving with a revoked driver’s license after being stopped for speeding. Hendrix was bonded and released.
April 18, at approximately 9:19 p.m., Donovan Dukes, 37, of Crete, was arrested in the 25500 block of S. Cleveland Avenue for driving with a revoked driver’s license after being stopped for disobeying a stop sign. Dukes was bonded and released.
April 19, at approximately 8 p.m., Darvion J. Jefferies, 21, of Chicago, was arrested at his place of employment in the 6600 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road for theft under $500. He allegedly stole a pair of “Beats Studio Buds,” valued at $149.95. Jefferies was bonded and released.
April 19, at approximately 8:15 p.m., Julelein I. Demps, 19, of Chicago Heights, was arrested at his place of employment in 6600 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road for theft under $500. He allegedly stole two pairs of “Apple Air Pods,” valued at $260. Demps was bonded and released.
April 20, at approximately 5:55 p.m., Laneisha L. Lucas , 27, of University Park, was arrested in the 6300 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road for driving with a suspended driver’s license after being stopped for expired registration. Lucas was bonded and released.
