A Chicago man has been charged by Palos Heights police for stealing a purse from a victim in the CVS parking lot on February 4.
According to police, Kyuan Murry, 24, was wearing a mask when he approached the victim in the parking lot and ripped her purse from her hands. The incident happened about 4:48 p.m.
