Beloved wife of the late Wilbert Gordon, loving mother of Kathy Nelson, John Gordon, Barb Gordon and Jane (Dave) Brencic; grandmother of Erika Nelson, Emily (Teo) Hernandez, Jennifer (Tyler) Dare, Laura Schmecht, Mark (Jenny Money) Schmecht, Daniel (Shubha) Brencic, and Tim Schmecht; great-grandmother to Kathryn Carta, Elizabeth Dare, Sebastian Hernandez, Andrew Dare, Dev Brencic, Piper Schmecht, Kamila Hernandez and Chloe Schmecht; sister to Lois (William) Mellen, the late Joyce (Bob) Buehrens and the late Susan (Seymour) Hatch; daughter of William and Myfanwy “Bonnie” (nee Jones) Watts; and aunt of many nephews and nieces.

Visitation was held February 3 at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave., Summit. Visitation followed by a service were held February 4 at First United Methodist Church of Oak Lawn, 100th Street and Central Avenue, Oak Lawn. Frank Guillen, age 89, of Burbank, passed away January 25, surrounded by his loving family.

Frank was the beloved husband of Delia (nee Chavez); loving father of Mary (Frank Zotta), Frank Jr., and Joseph (Shelly); devoted grandfather of Lindsey (Partner Alan Wise), Jordan (Partner Zabrina Barela), Jeremy (Fiancée Brittnay Sleeman), Jessie, Monee, Desirae and Jacob; cherished great grandfather of Braydan, Alora, Zabella and Dezman. Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Isabel Guillen, and his siblings Peter and Jenny. Fond brother of Mary (late David) Castaneda; uncle to Guadalupe (Raul) Flores, Ruben (Trudy) Casares and Domingo (Nancy) Gomez. Frank will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held January 30 at St. Agnes of Bohemia Church 2651 South Central Avenue, Chicago until time of Mass. Family and friends met at Queen of Heaven Cemetery 1400 South Wolf Road, Hillside for Frank’s burial. Agustin Iñiguez, age 68, of Chicago, Garfield Ridge community, peacefully passed away at home January 24.

He was the beloved husband of Celia Iñiguez; cherished father of Agustin Iñiguez, Jose (Claudia) Iñiguez, Celia (Brando) Martinez and Gloria Yniguez (Rolando Zunida); much loved grandfather of Benicio, Bernardo and Rosalia; dear brother of Antonio, Isabel, Maria DeJesus, Maria Elena, Juan Manuel, Jesus, Mario, Fidel, Margarite and Carmen Iñiguez; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Before his retirement, Agustin was a proud member and union steward for Teamsters Local Union #731.

Visitation was held January 30 at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th street just west of Harlem). Visitation was held January 31 at the funeral home until time of Prayers. Procession from the funeral home to St. Rita of Cascia Church for Mass. Agustin will be cremated and his cremains will be interred at Resurrection Cemetery Northside Our Lady of Czestochowa Garden Mausoleum at a later date. Dorothy J. Marchand (nee Pelko), age 95, more than 60-year resident of Willow Springs and formerly of Summit, passed away at her home in Willow Springs January 25.

She was the beloved wife of the late Franklyn J. Marchand; loving mother of Sheryl (William) Smith and Franklyn A. Marchand; dear grandmother of William J. Smith IV and Thomas Franklyn Smith; devoted daughter of the late Amelia (nee Bartol) and late Frank Pelko; fond sister of the late Amelia Kostrzak, late Theresa Pelko late Frances Pelko and late Frank Pelko; fond sister-in-law of Cecile Marchand and Alex Scheflo; aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was an active member for 62 years at St. James at Sag Bridge Church and a member and former President of the Rosary Society, Willow Springs Seniors and KSKJ Lodge #300.

Visitation was held January 29 at Zarzycki Manor Chapels, 8899 S. Archer Ave., Willow Springs. Funeral was held January 30 from the funeral home to St. James at Sag Bridge Mission, Lemont for Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.  708-839-899.

Cynthia G. Milan, age 79, of Chicago, Clearing community, passed away in her family residence with loved ones by her side January 16.

She is survived by her daughter Kathleen (David) Pacholski and Cheryl (Brad Lord) Milan; grandchildren Kevin, Eric and Brian Pacholski and Kate and Bobby Buckley, sister Christine Halawa; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Genevieve (nee Blaszkiewicz) Gutt and brother Ronald Gutt.

A celebration of her life service was held at Zarzycki Manor Chapels, Ltd., 8999 South Archer Avenue, Willow Springs.

Jackie was born in Chicago to the late Rufus Sr. and the late Stella “Bogie” Wujcik.

Loving mother and best friend to Robin Adamek-Pantke, George (Nita) Ragsdale Jr, and Jamie (Erin) Ragsdale; grandmother to Raven and Aaren Pantke, Aubriana and Julian Ragsdale. Skylar Ling, Madison, Lauren, David, Nick, Kristina, Gabe, Bryan and Olivia. Sister of Rufus (the late Carol) Wujcik Jr. and the late James (Bev) Wujcik; aunt to Patti, Darlene, Joann, Cathy, Chris, Mike, Cindy. great-aunt, cousins, and dear friend to many.

Jerry Suski, age 90, passed away January 29.

Beloved husband of the late Maria (nee Zary); loving father of Tina (Anthony) Goral, Gregory Suski and Catherine Suski; dear grandfather of Tori (Scott) Ponce, Tera Goral, Krystal, Ryne and Emily Suski; dearest great grandfather of Nicholas Ponce and Valerie Ponce; dear brother of the late Sabina, late Albina and the late Helen; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; loving son of the late Stanislaw and the late Helena (nee Niznik) Suski. Jerry was known as “Jerry the Barber” as he owned Jerry’s Barber Shop in the Archer Heights neighborhood.  Jerry was a longtime parishioner and member of the Men’s Club at St. Richard Parish.

WagnerALEXANDRIA MARIE WAGNER

Alexandria Marie Wagner, 80 years old of Ingleside Illinois passed away on Friday, February 3, 2023 surrounded by her loving and caring family members.  Known as Sandy Wagner-Madden, she served as Director of recreation for the Bridgeview Park District for over twenty years.  During her time with the park District extensive growth in recreational facilities, pool, gymnasium, park site development brought new challenges, which she faced with enthusiasm.  Described as “feisty” and a “force of nature”, she brought new and innovative programs to the community.

As a resident of Bridgeview, she raised her four children, Monica Susan Marr, Deanna Gentile, Melinda Madden and preceded in death by her devoted son Patrick Thomas Madden.

Additionally, Ms. Wagner worked with the Lyons Township Democratic party and was politically active throughout her life.

Upon her retirement, she continued to be creative and pursued several business ventures, which gave her that opportunity.

Sandra’s greatest joys were her 11 grandchildren; Craig (Angela), Sam (Kierstin), Alexandria (Kraig), Michael (Liz), Jared (Christine), Sarah (Kai), Elliot, Nicole (Eric), Richard, Sean, Samantha and her 20 special great-grandchildren: Gianna, Giuliana, Greyson, Gage, Gannon, Annabelle, Kollins, Karson, Emmet, Charlotte, Evelyn, Elodie, Luka, Logan, Angelo, Layla Amelia, Sophie, Carter and Mia.

Her sibling’s that she loved dearly are Frances Moon, Bernadette Pavlick, Michael Wagner Barbara Meistas, sister in law Janet Wagner (Frank) and preceded in death by Brother Frank Wagner Jr.

All are welcome to commemorate her life at a Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 10.30 a.m. at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church, 40000 North US Highway 45, Old Mill Creek, Ill.
