Quest – A Joliet and Marquette Adventure for Adults, from 2-3:30 p.m., Saturday, February 18, Isle a la Cache Museum, Romeoville: What choices would you have made if you were in the shoes of explorers Jacques Marquette and Louis Joliet in the 1600s? Find out as you play this choose-your-own adventure, trivia-style game. Free, ages 16 or older. Register by February 16. Lunch and Learn – Planting a Native Rainbow, Zoom Webinar, from noon-1 p.m., Wednesday, February 22: Bring bursts of color into the yard year-round with native plants. Journaling Journeys, from noon-1:30 p.m., Saturday, February 25, Isle a la Cache Museum, Romeoville: For centuries, travelers of all kinds were historians. Thoughts recorded in personal journals carried across land, ocean, and time helped document historical events. Now it’s your turn to learn how to document your own historic journeys. Learn how to make and decorate your own journal and try writing with a quill and ink. The program concludes with a journal-worthy short hike. Free, ages eight or older. Register by February 22.
