Beverly May Wulff, 94, of Bonfield, passed away Sunday, January 22, at Riverside Senior Life of Bourbonnais. Born June 14, 1928, in South Bend, Indiana, she was the daughter of Ferdinand and Luella (Falter) Naese. Beverly married Erwin Wulff on May 17, 1947, in Bonfield. He preceded her in death on November 28, 2005, after 61 years of marriage.
She retired from Armour Pharmaceutical after 23 years of employment. Beverly enjoyed her grandchildren, and loved gardening, reading, and puzzles of all kinds. Beverly loved traveling with her husband to visit their children and grandchildren.
Surviving are sons, Glenn Wulff of Bonfield and Scott (Christine) Wulff of Champaign; daughters, Peggy Sphar of Loxley, Alabama, Conny (Larry) Madsen of Danvers, and Sally Bennett of Hobart, Indiana; grandchildren, Susanna Sphar, Lee Sphar, Emily Madsen, Kelsey Fry, Christopher Wulff, Andrew Wulff, Amanda Smith, Tara Vansacik, Stefanie Wulff-Bulgaru, and Sarah Parker; brother, Lyle (Norma) Naese of Bourbonnais; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Erwin; her parents; brother, Kenneth Naese; sons-in-law, Larry Sphar and Michael Bennett; daughter-in-law, Jeannine Wulff; and grandson, Aaron Wulff.
A funeral service was held on February 4, at River Valley Christian Fellowship, Bourbonnais, with Pastor Derick Miller officiating. Cremation rites were accorded following services. Please sign her guestbook at Schrefflerfuneralhomes.com.
