Timothy Czarnecki passed away on January 17, 2023, just a few hours after his 76th birthday, with his wife, Kathy, by his side until the end.
Timothy served in the U.S. Navy as a jet mechanic during the Vietnam war and made a career as a proud Union Pipefitter for Local 597. After retirement, Tim enjoyed repairing books for Beecher Community Library, watching Harry Potter movies with Kathy, and learning about NASA, space, and nature. He also achieved a few bucket list items, including paragliding and skydiving. May he rest in peace.
He is survived by the love of his life, wife, Kathryn (née Koch); children Ann, Timothy Jr. (Sheri), Patrick (Melissa), and Emily (James) Hamaguchi; grandchildren, Meghan, Stephanie, Nicole, Vincent, Ginger, Bennett, and Veronica; sister, Judy; and many nieces and nephews. Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Sophie; brothers, Ted and John; and sister, Nancy.
A memorial service was held on January 21, at Hack-Jensen Funeral Home in Beecher.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Boys Town or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
