David Baisa Sr., 66, of Orland Park, passed away on September 4.

He was the beloved husband of Sandra, nee Russelburg. Proud father of Aimee (Brad), Katie (Mark), David Jr., Emilee (Brett), Lucy, and the late Paul. Dearest grandpa of Andrew, Isabella, Nathen, Franklin, Everett, Caden, Joseph, Leo, Neenah, and Ivy.

Dave loved his guitars, the Blues, his Harley, and Dorothy his dog.

Phyllis is survived by her three children, Jackie, Andrew (Paula), and Brian (Andrea); proud, funny, and most loving grandma of her pride and joys her seven grandchildren Emily, John, Andrew, Elizabeth, Joseph, Brian, and Olivia. Phyllis is survived by his sister-in-law Judy Gorski (Fred Meyer), their daughters Sarah (Aaron) and Rachel, her nephew David (Veronica) Dappen and her niece Phyllis (Steven) Suntrup and their sons Steven and Thomas.
