Dorothy M. Adams, age 82, of Chicago, Garfield Ridge community, passed away peacefully with her family at her side February 12.
She was the cherished mother of Lonnie Adams and Eddie Adams; much loved grandmother of Taliyah Adams and Tom Rymus; beloved daughter of the late Frank and the late Catherine Gorak; dear sister of the late Donald (Patricia) Gorak and fond aunt to Donna Wolfer and great aunt to Michael Wolfer and Matthew Wolfer.

John R. Esposito, age 73, lifelong resident of Summit, passed away February 12. Vietnam Veteran. A member of the Summit Fire Department for 47 years and currently was a Captain for Summit F.D. For 27 years John was an officer for the Summit Police Department and the Cook County Sheriff.
He was the beloved husband of Wendy (nee Register); loving father of Catherine and stepfather of Tammy and Toni; devoted grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 7. John will be missed by his many cousins, friends, neighbors and fellow officers.
