Jacek “Jack” Kalicki died Oct. 20 in Elgin, surrounded by family.
Kalicki was born Nov. 1, 1949, in Warsaw, Poland.
He is survived by his wife, Marzenna. His family also includes his son, Maciek, and Maciek’s wife, Tiffany; his grandchildren, Mason and Mila; his brother, Marek, and Marek’s wife, Elzbieta; his in-laws, Dorota and Wladyslaw; his nieces, Anna and her husband, Michal, and Natalie; and his great-nephew, Jerzy.
A funeral Mass is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, at Saint Fabian Church, 7450 W. 83rd St., Bridgeview. Family and friends are asked to gather directly at the church at 9:45 a.m. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice.
