Kazimierz Zajaczkowski died Oct. 15, 2026. He was 79.
He is survived by his wife, Maria (née Szkoda); his children, Mirek (Irena Kowalczyk) Zajaczkowski, Lidia (Andrzej) Bukowski and Daniel (Bernadetta) Zajaczkowski; and his grandchildren, Julia, Diana, Olivia, Lucas, Emilia, Damian, Natalia and David.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jan and Marianna (née Solana) Zajaczkowski, and by Leon, Maria, Jan, Anna and Helenka Zajaczkowski.
Visitation: Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026, 3 to 7 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Ave., Justice.
Funeral: Monday, Oct. 19, 2026. Prayers begin at 8:45 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a procession to Sacred Heart Church, 8245 W. 111th St., Palos Hills, for 10 a.m. Mass.
Interment: Resurrection Cemetery, Justice.
