Dr. Robert Wesley Dunn, 81, of Troy, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
Born on July 27, 1945, in Alton, he was a son of the late Wesley Garlin Dunn and Retha Ann (Coffey) Dunn. On June 24, 1967, Robert married the love of his life, Maxine Alberta (Knight) Dunn, in Harrisburg.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, Oct. 25, from 4 until 7 p.m., at Irwin Chapel, 591 Glen Crossing Road in Glen Carbon. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Oct. 26, at St. John’s United Church of Christ, in Brighton, with visitation from 10 until 11 a.m., and the funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Brighton City Cemetery.
