Mark D. Spedale, who retired from CPD after more than 30 years of service, died suddenly Monday, Oct. 5.
He is survived by Sandra Cinkay, his partner of more than 25 years, and his siblings, Anthony (Joan) Spedale and Cathy (Don) Lane.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dominick and Barbara (née Schramm) Spedale.
Services and interment are private.
