Overview:

Beecher and Monee Police Blotter contains charges for speeding, unlawful use of weapon, criminal trepass, DUI, suspended license, and overweight violation.

BEECHER

On September 27, Crystal Sanchez, 18, of Hometown, was stopped for speeding. Sanchez was charged with speeding 26-34 mph over the posted speed limit. A notice-to-appear was provided.

MONEE

On August 27, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Aleksandr Shults, 32, of Wheeling. Shults was charged with no valid CDL when required, was cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.

On August 28, Monee Police responded to the 6600 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road for an unwanted subject. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Jamel Bell, 19, of Chicago. Bell was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, criminal trespass to building, criminal damage to property, and resisting/obstructing a peace officer. Bell was cited and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.

On August 30, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Michael Miller Jr., 35, of Chicago. Miller was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol >.08 and carrying a concealed firearm under the influence. Miller was cited and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On August 30, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Khalil Phillips-McDuffy, 30, of Chicago. Phillips-McDuffy was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.

On September 1, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Jorge Durruthy-Fernandez, 30, of Tampa, Florida, who was charged with no valid CDL when required, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 1, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Axel Segovia-Ornelas, 22, of South Chicago Heights, who was charged with no valid driver’s license, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 1, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Hector Martinez, 31, of Loganville, Georgia. Martinez was charged with no valid CDL when required, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 4, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Theron Dismuke, 35, of Lansing. Dismuke was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 5, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Dovran Matyakubov, 43, of Mentor, Ohio. Matyakubov was charged with no valid CDL when required, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 5, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of WL Johnson Jr., 42, of Michigan City, Indiana. Johnson was charged with driving while license suspended and driving under the influence of alcohol >.08, was cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 5, Monee Police observed a driver asleep behind the wheel of a running vehicle in the 5100 block of W. Court Street. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Irma Torres, 44, of Chicago Ridge. Torres was charged with driving under the influence, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 7, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Sharone Givens, 41, of Park Forest. Givens was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol >.08 and carrying a concealed firearm under the influence. Givens was cited and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 8, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Terrion Horton, 20, of Gary, Indiana. Horton was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 11, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Aunesty Ocanas, 26, of Weslaco, Texas. Ocanas was charged with no valid CDL when required and driving while license suspended. Ocanas was cited and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 12, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Javier Miranda-Martinez, 29, of Miami, Florida, who was charged with no valid CDL when required, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 13, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Sylvester Loyd, 38, of Chicago. Loyd was charged with no valid driver’s license, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 14, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Amahn Watts, 21, of Dixmoor. Watts was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 15, Monee Police responded to the 4900 block of W. Ribbon Drive. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Tiffany Dobbs, 45, of Monee. Dobbs was arrested for a Will County warrant and was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility. 

On September 15, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Terano McCann, 26, of Richton Park. McCann was charged with possession of controlled substance, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.

On September 16, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Pavel Mulkakhainen, 37, of Brooklyn, New York. Mulkakhainen was charged with no valid CDL when required, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 16, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Evaldas Grigula, 39, of Glenwood. Grigula was charged with no valid CDL when required, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.

On September 16, Monee Police responded to the 25700 block of S. Hoover Street, in reference to a disturbance. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Achilles Dawson, 21, of Monee. Dawson was arrested for a Cook County warrant and was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility. 

On September 18, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Christian Franc, 30, of Manteno. Franc was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 22, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Dineitha Jones, 44, of Park Forest. Jones was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 26, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Dysyan Witcher, 23, of Markham. Witcher was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.

On September 27, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Daron Hayes, 25, of Park Forest. Hayes was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and driving while license suspended, then was released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 27, Monee Police responded to the area of S. Will-Center Road and W. Colonial Drive for a disturbance. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Jerry Lewis, 65, of Monee, who was charged with disorderly conduct. Lewis was cited and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.

On September 27, Monee Police responded to the 5700 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road for a vehicle crash. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Tianna Jackson, 27, of Chicago. Jackson was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 28, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of William Lopez-Hernandez, 24, of Flint, Michigan, who was charged with no valid CDL when required. Lopez-Hernandez was cited and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.

On September 29, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Yoel Carmona-Sanchez, 54, of Hallandale Beach, Florida, who was charged with no valid CDL when required. Carmona-Sanchez was cited and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear. 

On September 29, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Miguel Contreras-Garcia, 23, of Orland Park, who was charged with driving while license suspended. Contreras-Garcia was cited and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.

On September 29, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Alonzo Brown, 45, of Country Club Hills. Brown was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
