Wallet stolen from unlocked car
A wallet containing credit cards and money was reported stolen from a car in the 10000 block of 80th Court on Sept. 15. The owner said the vehicle was left unlocked overnight and the wallet was missing the following morning.
Woman arrested on retail theft warrant
Megan Rozak, 32, of Ford Heights, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for retail theft on Sept. 15 at the Palos Hills police station. The warrant stemmed from an incident on June 18 in the 11200 block of Southwest Highway.
Driver charged with suspended license
Sendy M. Urquizo, 34, of Blue Island, was charged with driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop on Sept. 19 in the 10600 block of Roberts Road. She was also cited for other driving offenses.
Palos Hills police arrested a woman on a retail theft warrant from June and charged a driver with operating on a suspended license. A wallet was also stolen from an unlocked car overnight.
Police report information is provided by law enforcement agencies. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions taken. Persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.
