Countryside’s new website should go live this week.
The city has been operating an outdated site for years. “It’s now not functional on new software,” Deputy City Clerk Liz Cordova told the city council on Sept. 23 as she gave a presentation on a large video board.
The redesigned site will be mobile-friendly and easier to navigate, Cordova said. It will include a calendar of meeting agendas, links to city videos on YouTube, and department links across the top that mirror the current layout.
“It’s very user friendly,” Cordova said. “Our old website, I couldn’t change anything on it.”
