A Bridgeview man was arrested and charged with public indecency following an Aug. 9 incident at a Chicago Ridge business.
Chicago Ridge police arrested Fares Hijazi, 20, of the 7300 block of West 85th Place in Bridgeview, on Aug. 12.
Police responded to a public indecency complaint from a woman at a business in the 10100 block of South Harlem Avenue at about 9:18 a.m. Aug. 9. The woman told officers that a man later identified as Hijazi was masturbating while following her through the business.
The woman confronted the man, and he left before police arrived. Detectives identified and arrested Hijazi days later.
He is scheduled to appear in Bridgeview court on Sept. 9.
