Summer music in Palos Park came to a close Thursday evening as residents gathered on the Village Green for the final concert of the village’s Summer Concert Series.
The evening featured ReTurn2Soul, a live band known for its mix of musical styles, including old-school R&B, Motown, pop, jazz and blues. The group brought its energetic sound to the Village Green as residents gathered to enjoy one last concert of the season.
The concert was held at the Palos Park Recreation Center’s Village Green, 8901 W. 123rd St.
Palos Park Mayor Nicole Milovich-Walters thanked residents for coming out throughout the summer and supporting the concert series.
Thursday’s concert marked the end of another season of live music in Palos Park, giving residents one last chance to gather on the Village Green before the summer winds down.
