The Bengals move up a level after finishing second to Julian in the Blue Southeast last season.
They’re hoping to continue their rise by winning the White Central, which would clinch the program’s IHSA playoff berth since 2021.
Some veterans to watch are running back/linebacker Xavier Alvarez, quarterback/linebacker Xavier Terrell, receiver/defensive backs Jaylen Brown and Jumauri Mickles and two-way lineman Dedrik Graham.
The Bengals also have some newcomers expected to make an immediate impact in Ashton Carraway, Aaron Cacaras, Keontay Rogers and Kirk Wright.
