2026 outlook:
Just two starters return from the Thunderbolts’ second straight playoff qualifier: senior running back Landon Paredes, a 5-10, 180-pounder, and senior offensive lineman Drew Santiago (6-1, 280).
Other top returners include senior defensive back Tyler Ipema (5-11, 180), senior linebacker Grant Rupper (6-0, 210), senior quarterback Jimmy Reilly (5-10, 175) and senior receivers Sammy Trumpinski (6-2, 185) and Ian Lopez (6-4, 190). Trumpinski is back after missing last season due to injury.
One newcomer to watch is junior Luke Lewandowski (6-4, 220), a projected two-way starter at tight end and defensive end and the son of coach Adam Lewandowski. Safety Jack Tesmond (5-11, 195), a former quarterback, and defensive end Mikey Rogers (6-3, 220) are two more juniors expected to make an impact.
Two senior baseball players out for football for the first time are Alex Stella and Greg McClure.
