Overview:
Beecher and Monee Police blotter contains charges for revoked and suspended licenses, overweight violation, cannabis possession, no CDL when required.

BEECHER
On June 18, Eliseo Aguirre, 65, of Chicago, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined that Aguirre had a revoked driver’s license and was charged accordingly for the noted violation. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On June 23, Christopher Moeller, 58, of Beecher, was stopped for a registration violation. Further investigation determined Moeller had a suspended driver’s license and was charged accordingly for the noted violation. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On June 23, Makalyn Patrick, 20, from Hebron, Indiana, was stopped on a suspicious vehicle investigation. Further investigation determined Patrick had a suspended driver’s license and was processed accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On June 26, Jacob Kies, 23, of Lansing, was stopped for a registration and equipment violation. Further investigation determined Kies had a suspended driver’s license and was processed accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On June 27, Teresa Alvarado, 26, of Chicago, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined Alvarado had no valid driver’s license and was processed accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
On July 3, Luis Lopez-Meza, 29, of Chicago Heights, was stopped for an equipment violation. Further investigation determined Lopez-Meza had no valid driver’s license and was processed accordingly. A notice-to-appear was provided.
MONEE
On June 16, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Cody Eickleberry, 30, of Dyer, Indiana. Eickleberry was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 18, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Eric Simmons, 34, of Indianapolis, Indiana. Simmons was arrested for possession of cannabis 30-100 grams, driving while license suspended, and driving without a CDL when required. Simmons was cited and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 21, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Andriy Andrushchenko, 38, of Tampa, Florida. Andrushchenko was charged with driving without a CDL when required, was cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 21, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Yen Soliz-Rosa, 39, of Chicago Heights. Soliz-Rosa was arrested for no valid driver’s license – never issued, was cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 21, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Can Ogur, 21, of Chico, California. Ogur was charged with driving without a CDL when required, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 22, Monee Police responded to the area of S. Merion Drive and W. Augusta Boulevard for a panhandling complaint. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Jerry Lewis, 64, of Monee. Lewis was charged with attempted aggravated assault on a peace officer, was cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 24, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Destini Fields, 18, of Sauk Village. Fields was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 25, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Eugene Dawson, 46, of Chicago. Dawson was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 26, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Brian Elston, 53, of Chicago. Elston was charged with no valid driver’s license, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 26, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Samantha Taylor, 32, of Park Forest. Taylor was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 27, Monee Police responded to the 5400 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road, for a theft complaint. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Paul Conklin, 36, of Kankakee. Conklin was charged with retail theft, was cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 27, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an overweight violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Leonard Springfield, 55, of Bedford, Indiana. Springfield was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility pending a pre-trial detention hearing.
On June 27, Monee Police responded to the 5800 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road in reference to a theft complaint. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of John Jones, 19, of Matteson. Jones was charged with theft under $500, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 30, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Dylan Woods, 26, of Monee. Woods was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On June 30, Monee Police responded to the area of S. Firestone Drive and W. Colonial Drive for a welfare check. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Jerry Lewis, 64, of Monee. Lewis was charged with attempted aggravated assault on a peace officer and disorderly conduct. Lewis was cited and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On July 2, Monee Police responded to the 5900 block of W. Monee-Manhattan Road in reference to a disturbance. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Xavier Lee, 25, of Monee. Lee was charged with battery and assault, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On July 4, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Elise Harris, 25, of Chicago. Harris was arrested for an active Cook County warrant and was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
On July 4, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Carlos Pineda-Meija, 41, of Richton Park. Pineda-Meija was charged with no valid driver’s license – never issued, was cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On July 5, Monee Police observed a vehicle parked in the area of W. Margaret Street and S. Will-Center Road. An officer observed the vehicle parked in the roadway and the driver asleep in the driver’s seat. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Nia Lane, 26, of University Park. Lane was charged with DUI-Alcohol and DUI>.08. Lane was cited and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
On July 5, Monee Police conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of Caleb Williams, 22, of Flossmoor. Williams was charged with driving while license suspended, cited, and released on a pre-trial notice-to-appear.
