Two on motorcycle flee police
A man and woman on a black motorcycle fled from police at a top speed of 103 mph on June 6 and evaded arrest.
Police on patrol saw the motorcycle run a red light at Oak Grove Avenue and Archer at 5:20 p.m. The motorcycle had no Illinois registration. The motorcycle fled east on Archer Road, then turned south on Roberts Road when the officer ended the pursuit.
Driving without a license, cannabis charge
Anthony Zabaia Chirinos, 22, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle outside an approved container at 2:56 p.m. June 7 at 87th Street and 78th Avenue.
A random check had determined he was driving his silver 2015 Ford without a valid license, police said.
Driver ticketed for revoked license
Daniel Valdez, 46, was cited for driving on a revoked license, disobeying a traffic control device, and driving with a suspended registration for non-insurance after he failed to stop at a red light at 79th Street and Roberts Road.
He was pulled over at 1:24 p.m. June 9 and driving a silver 2010 Nissan, police said.
